DISPOSABLE CAMERA ALTERNATIVES
Want disposable-camera wedding photos
without buying disposable cameras?
Physical disposable cameras are fun because every shot matters and the results stay a surprise. But couples also have to buy the cameras, distribute them, collect them and arrange developing. A digital disposable camera keeps the limited-shot experience while using the phones guests already carry.
Option 1: physical disposable cameras
Best for couples who specifically want film, physical cameras and the unpredictability of analogue development. The trade-off is the cost and logistics of buying, collecting and developing multiple cameras.
Option 2: a shared wedding photo album
Best when your priority is collecting as many guest photos as possible. Guests upload pictures from their normal camera roll. This is convenient, but it doesn't recreate the limited-shot disposable-camera experience.
Option 3: a digital disposable camera
FLASHBACK gives each guest 10 shots in their mobile browser. There is no app to install and guests don't see a gallery afterwards. Photos go into the couple's private organiser gallery. The idea is to preserve the scarcity and surprise that make disposable cameras fun while removing the physical-camera logistics.
How does the QR code work?
You receive an event QR code and private link. Put the QR code on tables, signs or stationery. Guests scan it with their phone and the camera opens in their browser.
How much is FLASHBACK?
The current launch price is £35 for one event, supporting up to 200 guests with 10 shots each.
